Graves and headstones
Grave care
One-off or regular: clearing the plot, cleaning the headstone, cutting weeds, planting flowers, replacing lamps. We send you photographs each time.

Granite headstones made through trusted craftsmen, portrait and inscription engraving, your choice of material and size.
Headstone installation
Foundation, installation, fences, benches and tables. We do the work at the cemetery ourselves.
Restoration of old graves
Straightening a headstone, renewing an inscription, replacing a fence, bringing a neglected plot back into order.

Where we work
Our main area is the Dzhuryn community in the Zhmerynka district. When needed we travel to Sharhorod and to the Chernivtsi district of the Vinnytsia region. We travel to other settlements by arrangement.

Pine, alder and oak in several sizes and linings. We send photographs so the family can choose from abroad.
Crosses and markers
Wooden and metal crosses, and a temporary marker with the name ready on the day.
Wreaths and ribbons
Fresh and artificial wreaths, mourning ribbons with an inscription, flowers for a chosen date.
Textiles and candles
Covers, towels, headscarves, candles and lamps for the service and the wake.

Prices
We do not publish a price list, because an honest figure only exists after a short conversation. The size of the coffin, the distance to the cemetery, the number of wreaths and the state of the ground all change the sum. We give you the full price up front and it does not change afterwards.
Grave care through the year
For families abroad this is usually the service that matters most after the funeral itself. A single visit means clearing leaves and weeds, straightening what has shifted, washing the headstone and the kerb, topping up soil where the grave has settled, and fresh flowers if you ask for them. A yearly arrangement is normally four visits: before Easter, in early summer, before the Day of Remembrance, and in late autumn to prepare the plot for winter.
After every visit you get photographs taken before and after the work, from the same angle, so you can actually see what changed. We never remove or replace anything permanent, a cross, a plaque, a fence, without the family agreeing to it first.
Documents we help with
The medical certificate is issued by the doctor or the hospital, the death certificate by the civil registry office. We know which office covers each village of the community and what has to be brought along, so the paperwork usually takes a single morning rather than several days of queuing.
If the certificate will be used abroad, it needs an apostille from the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. We can submit the papers on behalf of your trusted person and post the finished document to you, which spares one trip to Ukraine.
